This service is available for all customers at no extra charge. We're here to help you! Here is what you can expect:

Question of the Month

Each month we'll answer one of the top questions our help desk receives.

Question: How do I reset the voicemail password on my phone?

Answer: If you have a Sprint phone, log onto MySprint.com using your username and password.

  1. At the top of the page, choose Settings & Passwords.
  2. Under Account Admin Tools choose Reset Voicemail Passcodes.
  3. Choose the number to reset and hit Continue until you see a message that the voicemail password has been reset.
  4. Your voicemail will always reset to the last 7 digits of the cell number.
  5. Make sure to change the voicemail password to something of your own choosing as soon as possible.

Changes coming to Sprint's standby option

Price increases and other details changing

Shortly, Sprint will increase the monthly price for phones placed on standby. Additionally, revisions will be made to which plans are available when taking phones off standby.

Standby allows a customer to pay a reduced price for a phone number that is not in use while still under contract. The time spent on standby does NOT count towards fulfilling the contract, but does allow the customer to keep the number.
