What is a third party charge?Here at the RPA group, we've been noticing an alarming number of third party charges showing up on our client's bills. Third party charges are a recurring charge which is billed monthly and is easier to sign up for than you might think. Third party charges can be anything from having your horoscope delivered to you every morning to downloading a single ring tone you saw on a commercial. Typically the charges start at $10/month, but we've seen them as expensive as $20/month. If you'd like to stop these charges from appearing on your account, simply give our help desk a call and ask for an "account-wide third party restriction" Do you have phones you are not using?If you have phones that you will not be using for a period of time, call the RPA Group helpdesk (866-433-6687) or email to have your phones put on "data-only plans".In an effort to help you save additional dollars, let us help you put your phones on a data-only plan. This process is very similar to a standby, but much better! Putting a phone a "seasonal standby" will freeze your contract, so when you decide to turn the phone back on, the contract is right where it was when you put it on standby. If you ask us to put the phone on a data-only plan, then the contract continues to run while you're not using it! This isn't something Sprint will offer you, so if this is something you'd be interested in, give us a call at 1-866-433-6687, option 1.
